Ambassador Hotel Services (AHS) was established in 1993 with a vision to own and/or operate hotels, service apartments, food and beverage outlets and high end catering services.
VISION
Our key objective was to establish an organization that could provide excellence in hospitality and food and beverage operations.
In order to realise our vision, a team of hospitality and food and beverage experts was formed. We have been able to establish ourselves successfully in the field on hotel management, as well as setting up branded specialty restaurants.
Our branded specialty restaurants include:
• Al Hamra Lebanese & Middle Eastern Cuisine
• Sukhothai
• Chutney Mary Indian Fast Food
With this growth, our catering division has evolved to include the highest quality Lebanese and Middle Eastern, North and South Indian and Thai cuisines.
